At High On Roads, we aim to make the booking process transparent, simple, and convenient for every traveller. This Booking & Payment Policy sets out the payment requirements applicable to domestic and international travel bookings made through High On Roads.

By making a payment towards a booking, the traveller acknowledges and agrees to the payment terms stated below, together with the applicable Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. Domestic Travel Bookings

For domestic holiday packages and travel arrangements, a minimum of 50% of the applicable package cost is payable at the time of booking to confirm the travel arrangements.

2. Domestic Flight Bookings

Where domestic flights are included in or added to a travel booking, the full cost of the flight ticket shall be payable at the time of booking or ticket issuance.

3. International Travel Bookings

For international holiday packages and travel arrangements, a minimum of 50% of the applicable land/package cost, excluding the flight component, shall be payable at the time of booking.

• International flight cost: 100% payment required.
• Remaining land/package cost: 50% advance + 50% balance payable 15 days prior to departure.

4. Important Payment Conditions

The payment schedule may vary depending on the booking, destination, travel dates, supplier terms, availability, seasonality, and selected services.

5. Booking Confirmation

A travel booking shall be treated as confirmed only after receipt of applicable payment and issuance of booking confirmation by High On Roads.

6. Price & Availability

All quoted prices are subject to availability and validity period. Prices may change before confirmation due to fare changes, hotel rates, taxes, supplier revisions, or availability changes.

7. Failure to Make Payment

If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel or release the booking, apply supplier charges, or request additional payment for re-confirmation.

8. Last-Minute Bookings

For bookings close to departure, we may require 100% payment or another amount necessary to secure the requested services.

9. Supplier-Specific Payment Requirements

Certain suppliers may have payment terms that differ from our standard schedule. Where applicable, travellers will be informed before confirmation.

10. Payment Methods

Payments may be made through authorized payment methods communicated by High On Roads, including UPI, bank transfer, cards, payment gateway, or other official channels.

11. Taxes, Charges & Additional Costs

Additional costs arising after confirmation due to requested changes, supplier price changes, government charges, taxes, currency fluctuations, fare differences, or external factors may be payable by the traveller.

12. Cancellation & Refund

Payment towards a booking does not automatically entitle the traveller to a full refund. Refunds and cancellation charges follow the applicable policy and supplier terms.

13. Amendments to Bookings

Any amendment after confirmation is subject to availability and service-provider terms. Additional charges may apply.

14. Traveller's Responsibility

The traveller is responsible for providing accurate information, making payments on time, reviewing booking details carefully, and sharing required documents on time.

15. Acceptance of Policy

By making payment towards a High On Roads booking, the traveller confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Booking & Payment Policy.

16. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this website with the applicable effective date.
